How do you verify compatibility with my machine?
We check the tool–holder interface, blade dimensions and — for pneumatic tools — the four air-supply specs (pressure, consumption, hose OD, mounting hole Ø) against your nameplate photo. Unverified matches are marked "pending", never sold as verified. See Compatibility.
What if the part doesn't fit?
Wrong-spec replacement: if we confirm the mismatch on our side, we replace. This is why we ask for the nameplate photo before dispatch.
What is the MOQ? Any bulk tiers?
MOQ 1. Tiers: 10–49 pcs −10%, 50+ pcs −20% — confirmed by RFQ. Start at Bulk Inquiry.
Who pays import duty and how do you ship?
B2C parcels ship DDP: HTS 8202.91 duty is prepaid by us, free shipping over $150. Long tools (~100 cm) ship in tube packaging; some air routes restrict sharp blades, so we use compliant express lines. B2B bulk can ship FOB/CIF. Details in Shipping Policy.
Do you offer custom tooling?
Yes: drawing or sample → DFM check → sample run → small batch. Lead time confirmed per order; certification status stated as-is (nothing marked CE until documents are in hand).
Can you remind me to reorder blades?
Auto-replenishment: subscribe on your SKU and we remind you by consumption cycle — never stop production mid-job. 10-pack options on high-frequency SKUs.
What about CE certification?
CE documentation is not yet in hand for custom tooling lines; nothing is marked CE until documents exist. Honesty first — the same discipline as our compatibility labels.
